West Midlands Museum Development recognises our role, alongside that of museums, in developing an inclusive sector that challenges and opposes inequalities.

As a publicly funded programme, we commit to better represent the diverse communities which museums we work with serve through our support, training and grant programmes.

These resource pages aim to support museums and individuals.

If you have resources or examples of inclusive practice which heritage organisations could learn from please share these with us at wmmd@ironbridge.org.uk and we will share these widely throughout our network.
