Sector support
The Association of Cultural Enterprises has launched a free individual membership scheme for anyone who has been made redundant, or is currently unemployed or at risk of redundancy in the cultural enterprises sector. Click here for more information.
Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy is pleased to pilot a new free support programme Reboot and Regroup for those needing to unexpectedly change roles or adapt skills, who have been working in arts, culture or heritage organisations across England. They will work with up to 100 arts fundraisers who are furloughed, at risk of, or have been made redundant and will provide support as well as professional development. Places will be allocated to give an even spread across the English regions, art forms and scale of organisation. For more information click here.
Self-employment
The Museum Freelance Network was a volunteer-run network set up to support and champion freelancers and consultants working with museums, galleries, archives, libraries, and heritage sites. The resources are still accessible here
