Our colleagues at Museum Development East Midlands (MDEM) are offering places to trustees of museums in the West Midlands for this upcoming seminar.
In this bitesize session MDEM will be focussing on how to recruit younger trustees to your museum. The workshop will be led by Heather Lomas, Organisational Health Consultant for MDEM who will share learnings from MDEM’s Succession Planning programme. It will also feature insights from Alison Bowyer, Executive Director of Kids in Museum on their board’s approach to recruiting younger trustees.
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion throughout.
