What can museums and heritage organisations do to support the wellbeing of children and families in their local community?
This training day will be based at Manchester Museum, which alongside The Whitworth and Manchester Art Gallery, has a pioneering and long-established health and wellbeing programme with their local community. You will hear about their work with children and families from the perspective of their staff, health care partners and participants.
They are also delighted to include speakers from the Fitzwilliam Museum and National Museum Wales who will present case studies about their innovative provision.
