This one day training session delivered by Inclusive Boards will help you to create actionable, practical and manageable objectives based on local demographics. You will be taught to develop and embed SMART EDI goals into your business plans as well as day to day work.

This opportunity is aimed at managers and decision makers who are in a position to implement organisational change in Accredited Museums and those Working Towards Accreditation.

Inclusive Boards is a highly experienced training agency who has worked with some of the largest charities in the UK, including Amnesty International and British Red Cross. They are currently working with Sport England to help improve diversity at governance level.
