The last of three bite-sized sessions from Roots HR. In this webinar Roots HR will outline essential knowledge for anyone managing volunteers in 2021. The presentation will be followed by a short Q&A.
After the session you will:
- Have an awareness of the psychological contract and how that applies to volunteers
- Understanding what may motivate and engage volunteers at your museum
- Practical steps you could take to engage volunteers
- Better understand considerations of retention and of volunteers returning to the museum following the Covid-19 pandemic
This training is suitable for those who may be new to managing volunteers, or experienced delegates hoping to refresh their knowledge. Delegates may book any or all of the sessions.
Priority will be given to delegates from non-NPO and non-National museums in the West Midlands which are Accredited or officially Working Towards Accreditation.
The session will be live captioned by MyClearText, through StageText.
