West Midlands Money and Medals Network Training Day: Tokens in Museum Collections

The next Money and Medals training event to be held in the West Midlands will focus on tokens in museum collections and will present talks on a range of different types of token. The subjects covered will include 17th century trade tokens, Warwickshire tokens and love tokens amongst others.

This event is free to attend and is open to anyone working or volunteering with numismatic collections in museums and other heritage organisations in the West Midlands. Lunch will be provided.

A limited number of Arts Council England travel bursaries are available to support those within England who are otherwise unable to attend. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis so if you would like one please email mmn@britishmuseum.org.
