Over the past ten years there has been little research done into heritage volunteering. This has limited the understanding of the impact volunteers make and made it difficult for Heritage Volunteering Group (HVG) to articulate the value of volunteering to the sector.
With the support of the Museum Association, NCVO and Agenda Consulting, the HVG Survey explores the scale, nature and impact of heritage volunteering. Covering topics from demographics to volunteer roles, it will provide you with the information you need to better understand volunteering in your organisation and across the sector.
