Each year the Heritage Volunteer Group (HVG) Conference celebrates the outstanding achievements of volunteer managers and leaders from across our sector.  The Volunteer Leader of the Year Award recognises those who have made a difference through their innovative, collaborative and passionate approach to volunteering.  Whether a Volunteer Coordinator, part-time supervisor, paid or unpaid if you know someone who has made a difference to their organisations or their volunteers HVG want to know about it.

This year’s award is sponsored by The Churches Conservation Trust with a donated ‘Champing™’* experience for the winner. Runners up will receive a copy of Complete Volunteer Management Handbook, thanks to the kind support of the Directory of Social Change.

To recognise the achievements of colleagues, just complete and return a Volunteer Leader of the Year Nomination Form 2020 by 16 March.  Nomination forms are available to download here.

*Champing™ is the simple and unique concept of camping overnight in beautiful historic churches.
