Creative Producer, Croome Park (National Trust), Worcestershire

Salary: £28,018

Permanent 30 hours per week

The Creative Producer is a newly created position for Croome and South Worcestershire. You’ll lead for innovation in engaging with new audiences, working with creative partners and communities at Croome and The Firs (Elgar’s Birthplace).

Working flexibly across the year, you’ll plan ahead with a variety of communities, stakeholders, staff and volunteers to develop a co-created vibrant range of activities, installations and exhibitions. You’ll also work closely with conservation and curatorial colleagues. The role is hands on and accountable for the successful delivery of each co-produced programme, from planning workshops to creating interpretation. You’ll have experience of working collaboratively as part of a fast-moving team to a demanding schedule.
