    Wellbeing and Covid-19

    Age UK have outlined some tips to help stay safe and well which can be found here

    Group for Education in Museums (GEM) has produced guidance for those working in the  museum and heritage learning sector and can be found here.  This also includes Mental Health and Covid-19 encouraging everyone to practice self-care and guidance on remaining well while staying properly informed.

    Every Mind Matters have produced tips and advice on things you can do now to help you keep on top of your mental wellbeing and cope with how you may feel while staying at home.  Read in full here.  They have also produced 10 tips to help if you are worried about Coronavirus.

    Mental Health at Work‘s resources includes Working well from home under self-quarantine for coronavirus – a guide from Leapers which explores what you can do to plan for the possibility of staff needing to self-isolate, as well as tips for home-workers.  Advice includes using a variety of ways of keeping in touch with colleagues, how to build a structure for your day, and ensuring you don’t neglect the important social aspect of work.

    The Mental Health Foundation is part of the national mental health response providing support to address the mental health and psychosocial aspects of the Coronavirus outbreak, alongside colleagues at Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care.  Find advice on looking after your mental health during the Coronavirus outbreak here
